Please check that your delivery is in good condition before accepting it.
If items are damaged:
- Please inform Rawlings within 24hrs of delivery.
- Please send details along with photographic evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Your complaint will be dealt with once email is received and where appropriate items will be resent.
- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your items, please inform Rawlings by email: email@example.com
- It will be at the customers expense to return the items if Rawlings agree to a refund.
